Alex does things in a methodical way, therefore, he has decided to include a mission and vision statement to communicate and clarify the intent and goals of his business, DJ Alex Brown Entertainment, to his customers: My mission, in any business I run, is to grow through providing customers an unforgettable experience in a repeatable way. This, in return, makes clients and vendors want to work with us in the future, and generates the success which other businesses wish to repeat for themselves. Our values stand in treating our staff and customers well, and as a younger-person-led company, you’ll find we do things very differently than many others in our industry.

SERVICE OFFERINGS

DJ Alex Brown Entertainment offers some standalone services like Photo Booth which can be added to DJ packages or booked as a separate service. In addition to the services offered under the DJ Alex Brown Entertainment name, our wider range of services is offered by our sister brand, IT’S LIT Weddings & Events, including but not limited to audio-visual services, and decorative rentals.

BACKSTORY

DJ Alex Brown Entertainment is actually operated under the legal LLC name “IT’S LIT Brands LLC”, this does not in any way change who you are doing business with, which is still Alex. DJ Alex Brown Entertainment was formerly known as DJAB Entertainment. In December of 2019, DJAB Entertainment was renamed DJ Alex Brown Entertainment, which is actually what DJAB always stood for (Disc Jockey Alex Brown). In July 2019 the DJAB Entertainment Event Productions and Rentals division was separated into a new brand, EPR Team which provides the same services under a more appropriate brand name. How Did Alex Get Started DJ’ing?

Alex actually started DJ’ing by accident. When he was 11 he wanted to be a sound guy and got some speakers and an audio mixer off Craigslist. Alex started bringing them to friend’s birthdays and playing music. Shortly after a few parties and community events, he began to have friends of friends asking to pay him to DJ. Since he enjoyed it, he did as many events as he could take and honed his skills through the years to make him the highly skilled DJ he is today.
